Island Park

So we had an awesome family vacation to Island Park about 2 weeks ago. Shaun has a cousin who owns a cabin right on one of the lakes there. Wow. It was SO nice....just a beautiful cabin and view. We went with Shaun's 3 sisters and their families and then his dad and Sandy were there too. We spent 3 days which was much to short... the kids would have stayed a week and never have gotten bored. Most of the time was spent relaxing and canoeing. We went to Yellowstone one day and then Sandy's son brought up his boat and took the kids tubing also. We did some 4 wheeling as well... Shaun took Breanna to the top of the Sawtell mountains but we don't have pictures of that yet. It was a lot of fun!

Makenna and Sydnee.... apparently Robert(Makenna's dad) told them they could get on and ride around... well, the mom's weren't so happy about that because the road they were on is the one that the cars drive on.... so needless to say, their fun ended pretty quick.

Here we go... Brooklyn had to sit in the middle for most of her rides but she begged and begged to be able to paddle just ONCE! She actually did pretty good.

Bre, Syd and Makenna.... I was nervous at first to let them out by themselves... but they really learned to handle the canoe with ease and never tipped over once. Breanna even went out on her own a few times. One time she went with her cousin Ryan and she wouldn't let him out! That is a funny story.

Mammoth Springs was pretty dry and not as pretty as usual... here is most of the gang....

The younger two got bored and begged Aunt Shannon to take them back to the cabin so they could canoe some more... She is the nicest aunt and of course gave in..... so they missed part of the day in Yellowstone.

What do I do now????
